Josiah and I just had our 1 year anniversary, but we nearly forgot about it because Ezra was 2 weeks old at that time and are main focus was on him! We didn’t end up doing very much for it, mostly because we forgot and we were also tired from figuring out our new life, so we instead ordered sushi for pick up and stayed home. We put Ezra down for bed and watched the movie we watched on our first date, which was Venom , that was pretty special. Although, the sushi hurt my tummy a little, I could not figure out why Ezra was so fussy the whole next day, then my mother told me that it could be from the sushi that upset my stomach and that really made more sense. He was totally back to normal the day after! That was really when I realized what I eat really affects him. The first week of us being home I started drinking coffee again and I think it made Ezra a little gassy but I kept drinking it for the whole week and by the end of the week it really didn’t bother his tummy anymore. I did realize that when I drink too much coffee it will still bother his tummy a little, so I need to keep my coffee intake down to just one maybe two cups a day, which is probably healthier anyhow. Eating healthier has been something I have been striving more for too, I try to eat out less now, and only eat out from time to time when there is little time for actually making it at home. I did find that I don’t care to eat out as much now that I have been making more homemade food. Fast food just doesn’t taste good to me in the slightest. I prefer the food I make at home, I feel like I make better food! I noticed that I spend a whole lot less when I make food at home, and that is worth not going out!
