Sleeping in?

I caught myself this morning getting upset at myself for sleeping in so much lately… but then I had to sit back and chuckle a little bit because my version of sleeping in is 7:30 A.M. Which for most people is probably super early. If I had it my way every morning I’d be getting up at 4-4:30 every day. I’ve heard from a few people that getting up early is super hard and that they could never do it, but for me if I don’t get up early I feel tired all day and I have a feeling like I haven’t accomplished anything.

Since I’m getting up so early I have been trying to go to bed earlier, and lately I have been finely feeling tired enough to go to bed by 9:30… the only dilemma is that when I go to bed at 9:30, I will wake up at 1:30 A.M. wide awake and ready to go because I got my full 4 hours of sleep that I usually get. So that’s going to be a new adjustment.
